Thank you for registering your WellPower student for Groundwork Ranch’s Horse Power program. Please click on the link below to download a PDF that contains a medical release and an indemnification. Both forms MUST be printed out, completed, signed by the student’s legal guardian, and brought with you on the first day of the program.
